With archival footage and dreamlike reconstructions, Jessie Ray Short retraces the destiny of her great-uncle, Edouard, known as the Beaupré Giant, from his childhood in Saskatchewan to his exhibition at the St. Louis World’s Fair, as well as the strange posthumous journey of his mummified remains.
