Through their journeys, languages, and homelands, Joséphine Bacon and Flora Aurima Devatine will engage in a dialogue on poetry, cultural transmission, and creation.

This conversation will highlight the strength of Indigenous and Oceanian languages as powerful vehicles for memory, resilience, and cultural renewal. The two authors will share their perspectives on the world, their relationship to the land, and the essential role poetry plays in preserving and revitalizing knowledge and traditions.
